Authentication
Signing In
Sign in at collateworkspace.com using your email and password or via Google SSO. If your clinic uses a corporate identity provider, ask your admin about SSO setup.
Inviting Team Members
Admins can invite new users from Settings → Team. Enter the team member's email, select a role, and send the invitation. They'll receive a link to create their account.
Roles & Permissions
Owner
Full control over the organization including billing, plan changes, and ownership transfer. Only one owner per organization.
Admin
Full access to all settings, team management, and data. Cannot change billing or transfer ownership.
Manager
Access to inbox, calendar, clients, analytics, and team supervision. Cannot modify clinic-wide settings.
Member
Access to inbox, calendar, and assigned clients. Ideal for practitioners and receptionists.
Viewer
Read-only access to inbox, calendar, and clients. Cannot make changes or take actions.
