Meeting Tom Blomfield (and YC Event)

Last Friday, I attended an event organized by Y Combinator at my university. I was able to meet like-minded people with mindsets that question the status quo and always asking "why is this still done this way in 2026?".

Tom Blomfield, Grey Baker, and Chris Golda talked about why it is the best time in our lives to take a risk and start working on our ideas. Each talked about their entrepreneurial journeys from their university lives, stressing on the fact that they were no different than us.

I also had the unique opportunity to meet Tom 1-1 in an office hour, where we talked about Collate and the next steps in our journey to chase product market fit. I then shared these with my co-founders.
